THE MAGIC OF SELF-LOVE:

 Self-love is about believing in yourself and treating yourself with love. Self-love has been around since ancient Greek philosophy around 350 b.c.

Far too often we trick ourselves into believing that "when I have this, I will feel better about myself. When they love me back I will love myself too. When I get the car, the job, the salary, the partner, the ideal weight, I will love myself. But it doesn't work Like that. Loving yourself is an inside job.

 SELF LOVE IS THE BEST LOVE:

When you practice self-love you become more confident. The way you treat yourself ,set the standards for others. So approaching a  relationship with a strong sense of self is the best way to go. At the end of the day, no one can provide you with self-love other than yourself.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SELF LOVE AND SELF CARE:

While self-love and self-care seem similar. The two things are fairly different. Self-care means taking care of yourself physically and mentally, while self-love means showing kindness to yourself.

SELF LOVE A MUST FOR SUCCESS:

Self-love is the next step after self-acceptance. Self-acceptance has over and over again been shown to be a key indicator of success. So self-love is the root from which everything grows.

HOW TO CULTIVATE SELF LOVE:

1)Recognize that no two people are alike.

2)Realize that each person does what they are capable of in their evolution and journey.

3)Respect that each moment is a gift.

4)Remember that no one is perfect.

5)Practice loving self-talk.

BENEFITS OF SELF LOVE:

Self-love motivates you to make healthy choices in life. Self-love is also important when it comes to setting boundaries in relationships. Without self-love, you drastically decrease your ability to be successful at anything.
